  • The purchasers’ cleared funds are deposited and held in trust until the parts are received, inspected and approved.
  • Safe Trade® issues receipts to both supplier & purchaser.
  • Upon satisfactory inspection the purchaser completes the lower section of the form provided and faxed back to 086 634 4805 or scanned & mailed to safetrade@1callautopart.co.za 
  • This is an authority to release the funds to the supplier and must be completed within 24 hours of receipt.
  • In the case of working parts such as engines, gearboxes, cylinder heads, diff’s etc. 48 hours is provided for closer inspection or professional opinion.
  • No unauthorised opening of parts is allowed, (if you open it you own it!).
  • If the parts prove to be faulty or incorrectly supplied, the purchaser may return the goods at the cost of the supplier (courier payment upon delivery).
  • Once the supplier is in receipt and has inspected the returned goods, a full refund of the cost of parts will be electronically transferred into the purchaser’s bank account. Note: All goods dispatched are security coded – returned goods must be identified as those originally supplied.
  • Safe Trade® will not enter into negotiations between supplier & buyer for any transaction requiring discount or % refund. Both parties must agree to any such re-negotiations and advise Safe Trade® accordingly.
  • Failure to return unsatisfactory goods within the allocated time period (delivery can be tracked by courier) will result in funds being transferred into suppliers account.
  • Please confirm accurate part description in detail with supplier, prior to purchase.

Safe Trade® offers both parties total peace of mind, as it is not in the supplier’s interest to provide incorrect or sub standard parts and it is not in the purchaser’s interest to deposit funds into the Safe Trade® account without the intent to purchase.
